The online part of the summer school will be happening on the Big Blue Button instance of our university. We will provide two rooms, the main one for the presentations and workshops and an additional one for technical support.

In the main room, you can ask questions via the chat, yet we ask you to only ask questions of understanding not about technical issues, for technical issues please consider first our wiki (wiki.grogra.de), and if this doesn't help join the support room and raise your issue there.

The chat will be monitored by a person in the room and this person will notify the presenter if you have a question and will read out the question.

We plan on recording as much as possible of the summer school to publish it later.

The support room is designed to work like a lobby, where you enter and post your issue in the chat. Then, the next available support person will move you to a break-out room and help you to solve your issue.
