Code outline

This panel displays the code outline of the current workbench. Please note that the project must be compiled for the outline to appear.

A code outline is a common feature in many text editors and integrated development environments (IDEs), including GroIMP. It provides a hierarchical overview of the project structure, similar to a table of contents. This includes elements such as functions, classes, modules, and variables.

The outline is automatically updated and reflects the content of all files within the project. Users can click on individual items in the list to navigate directly to their location within the corresponding file, improving code navigation and overall workflow efficiency.
