====== Notifies ======

Notifies edges are used to create a listening relationship between two nodes. The target and source can get different notifications depending on the modifications. 
The bit mask is 16384.

Notifies edges work with the [[https://javadoc.grogra.de/xl.compiler/de/grogra/xl/expr/FieldObserver.html|FieldObserver]] class. They are not currently used in GroIMP.
